About The Alliance

The Northern Minnesota Construction Alliance is represented by regional labor unions working in partnership with area building contractors.

Our goal is to more effectively organize working men and women;

• To secure for them full recognition and enjoyment of the rights to which they are justly entitled.
• To achieve higher standards of living and working conditions.
• To attain job security for all working men and women.
